PRINT LABEL
Download and print your prepaid return label. EU returns are free — international returns have a flat €5 fee.
SHIP IT BACK
Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at any postal service point.
GET REFUNDED
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
