Order
Choose the product you want, select the right size and colour, and click on 'Add to basket'. Then go to your shopping basket and follow the steps to complete your order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to make any changes. While we cannot guarantee that we can change the order after it has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Log in to your account and go to 'My orders'. Here you can check the status of all your orders.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free for orders over €100. For orders under €100, we charge a standard rate of €4.95.
The average delivery time is 3-5 working days. During busy periods it may take slightly longer.
Yes, you can specify a different delivery address during checkout.
Returns and refunds
You can return an item within 14 days of receipt. Please follow the return instructions provided with your order.
After we have received and processed your return, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days.
