Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free for orders over €100. For orders under €100, we charge a standard rate of €4.95.

You can return an item within 14 days of receipt. Please follow the return instructions provided with your order.
After we have received and processed your return, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days.
